Some of us web designers have earned a reputation and not a very pleasant one. Somehow we have been tagged with several talents; "my web designer suddenly disappeared from the planet", "my web designer does not understand what I need", my web designer takes forever" "my web designer charges me too much" and so on and so on. The problem is not the web designer in fact there is no problem at all simply lack of knowledge and communication.
